Posting Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by United Stay. Rates, minimum stay rules, deposits, and cancellation terms should be clearly shown at the time of booking or enquiry.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with property rules, respecting neighbours, and leaving the property in a reasonable condition. Additional charges may apply for damage, excessive cleaning, key loss, smoking in prohibited areas, or unauthorised parties.

Check-in and check-out times must be observed unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable and remains subject to operational availability.

United Stay reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend a booking where payment cannot be verified, house rules are breached, fraudulent activity is suspected, or the property becomes unavailable for reasons outside reasonable control.
