Your building access code and key-collection details are sent once your booking is confirmed.

Checking in
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM (15:00); check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Several of our apartments don't have a reception desk — you'll be given a building access code and key-collection details once your booking is confirmed.
- You'll need to complete a Guest Arrival Form and upload photo ID ahead of check-in — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
House rules
- Guests must be 25 or older to check in.
- No smoking inside any apartment or communal area, and no parties or events.
- Pets are not permitted.
